Job Title: Entry Level Traveling Striping and Sealcoating

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated person to join our team. We are a leading provider of parking lot striping, signage installation, and sealcoating services. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of various outdoor projects, contributing to the improvement and maintenance of parking lots and other paved surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in parking lot striping, signage installation, and sealcoating tasks.

• Prepare work sites by ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are ready and in good working condition.

• Operate various hand and power tools safely, including pressure washers, sealcoating machines, and paint sprayers.

• Support the team in applying sealcoat, line painting, and installing traffic and directional signage.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

• Help load/unload materials and transport equipment to and from job sites.

• Follow instructions from team leaders and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

• Communicate and coordinate with other crew members to ensure a seamless workflow.

• Assist with general labor duties, including site cleanup, tool maintenance, and basic equipment setup.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction is preferred.

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Comfortable lifting and moving materials (up to 50 pounds).

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols.

• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• Valid driver’s license (required).

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.
